Valderrama played down gossip about a budding relationship last month (Mar12), insisting he enjoys a platonic friendship with Kelly as they had been pals "for a long time".
The stars fulled the romance reports on Monday (02Apr12) by attending the opening of a new Sydney nightclub together and just a day later (03Apr12), they were snapped strolling along the waterfront in the city's Balmoral district.
However, both actors have now taken to Twitter in a bid to quash the dating rumours, with Kelly insisting they were part of a large group during the day out.
In a post, Valderrama writes, "Yo Minka Kelly were you romantically gazing into my eyes, while romantically having a stroll? Ha!"
Kelly adds, "Ha! Yea (sic) just before gazing into the other 12 people's eyes we were with! Jeez!"
