6 Celebrities Who Found Love On a Dating App!

Written by Michelle Calderon. Published: February 03 2026

We often think that celebrities are a lot different than us. After all, most live in million dollar mansions, attend the hottest events, and travel in their private jets. However, just like us, many of them struggle in the love department and rely on dating apps to find a significant other. Here are a few celebrities plus one politician who found love on a dating app!

1. Kylie and Jason Kelce

Long before her "Not Gonna Lie" podcast, Kylie Kelce was a hopeless romantic swiping right and left on Tinder. She would eventually come across a profile that would change her entire life: Jason Kelce’s profile. She said she didn’t recognize him at first, but after doing a quick search on Google Images, she found out the pictures belonged to a famous Philadelphia Eagles football player. While she believed he could be a catfish and not the real Jason Kelce, she took a chance and went on the date anyway, and the rest is history. They got married in April 2018 and went on to have four daughters together. Had she never swiped right, not only would she not be married to Jason Kelce, but she wouldn’t be Taylor Swift’s future sister-in-law!

2. Hanna Brown and Adam Woolard

While "The Bachelorette" didn’t work out for Hannah Brown, Hinge did. Brown met her now-husband Adam Woolard on Hinge back in early-2021. They dated for a few years and got married in 2025, European-style, in a coastal wedding overlooking the French Riviera at the luxurious venue, Domaine du Mont Leuze. Brown strongly advocates for Hinge, according toPage Six. "I had great luck on a dating app, I was only on it for maybe a little over a week and met Adam," she said. "We are madly in love and we just have a good time together."

3. Lily Allen and David Harbour

Though it sadly didn't work out in the end, there was a time when singer Lily Allen and actor David Harbour were madly in love, and they owned it all to Raya, an invite-only dating app created by Daniel Gendleman in 2014. It’s specifically meant for high-profile individuals, such as celebrities and athletes, to find each other, and you need a referral to join. Allen and Harbour met in 2019 and got married in 2020. Unfortunately, the couple separated in December 2024. Even though their romance came to a sad end, at least it shows dating apps do lead to serious relationships and even marriages sometimes.

4. Zohran Mamdani and Rama Duwaji

Long before he would claim victory as New York City’s mayor-elect, Mamdani was searching for love on Hinge and found it with animator and illustrator Rama Duwaji. The couple met in 2021, got engaged in 2024, and married in 2025. They first had a civil ceremony in New York City Hall and another one in Uganda, honoring Mamdani’s birth country. Mamdani credits his victory to Duwaji’s support. She helped design his campaign’s logo and branding and has been by his side throughout the entire race, supporting and cheering him on. Not only did Mamdani find a wife through Hinge, but he found his number one supporter.

5. Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens

For a match made in athletic heaven, Olympic-winning gymnast Simone Biles met her professional football-playing husband Jonathan Owens on Raya in August 2020. The couple would date for a few years and then get married in April 2023. Biles also made the first move by messaging him first, showing the ladies that it's okay to be bold and go after what you want. They have both supported each other throughout their athletic endeavors and are still going strong today.

6. Chrissy Metz and Bradley Collins

"This is Us" star Chrissy Metz was also bold and found former music executive Bradly Collins on Bumble -- an app where the ladies have to message first. The couple met in 2020 and dated until October 2023. On top of being in a romantic relationship together, they also collaborated on some creative projects. They co-wrote two children’s books -- When I Talk To God, I Talk About You Sometimes, which became a New York Time bestseller, and When I Talk To God, I Talk About My Feelings. While their romance didn’t last, they remained friends, and they said in a joint statement that they will always support and love each other. "While we continue to love each other very much, we believe this is the best path for us both. We still have books to write, songs to sing, and a special friendship to keep us in each other’s lives."
