Ranking All Of Nikki Glaser’s Best Celebrity Roast Sets!

After making history as the first woman to host the Golden Globes solo last year, Nikki Glaser is returning to host this year’s ceremony as well! Glaser has worked on all kinds of projects over the course of her impressive career, including but not limited to stand-up specials, podcasts, and even reality TV! However, she’s also been widely recognized for her savage sets on celebrity roasts, causing many viewers to eagerly anticipate what she’ll have to say about this year’s nominees! Here’s our ranking of her 4 iconic celebrity roast sets!

4. "Comedy Central Roast of Bruce Willis" (2018)

It feels wrong to put any of her sets in “last” place, but one of them unfortunately has to be here. While these roasts are still insanely well-written, they don’t feel quite as targeted to the victims as the roasts in her other sets do. However, this set does include some of her raunchiest roasts, incorporating many amusingly vulgar jokes! (Stream on Paramount+)

3. "Comedy Central Roast of Alec Baldwin" (2019)

Nikki Glaser really went for everyone’s personal and professional lives at this roast! She went especially hard on Caitlyn Jenner and Alec Baldwin’s family's lives, but she balanced it out with some more playful jabs at things like Robert De Niro’s age and Chris Redd’s fashion sense. This set is filled with Glaser’s signature use of misdirection and really showcases her ability to make her comments seem like compliments before twisting the knife! (Stream on Paramount+)

2. "Comedy Central Roast of Rob Lowe" (2016) 

This is arguably Nikki Glaser’s most savage roast set! This was her first appearance at a celebrity roast, and it’s pretty safe to say that she started out with a bang! Seemingly no topics were off limits, and Glaser didn’t hold back as she delivered some of her most blunt and brutal roasts. (Stream on Paramount+)

1. "The Roast of Tom Brady" (2024)

Although she’d already been in the comedy scene for over 20 years, the praise and attention that Glaser received from this set brought her career to a whole new level! No one at this roast was safe from her razor-sharp jabs. Even when it seemed like she was done roasting someone, she’d circle back to them again to push it even further, continuously poking fun at things like Kevin Hart’s height and Rob Gronkowski’s “dumb jock" persona. Her previous roasting experience definitely worked in her favor, as many people have even gone on to consider this one of the greatest celebrity roast sets of all time! (Stream on Netflix)
