Kim Kardashian and teen pop sensation Justin Bieber have channelled The Graduate to act out an affair between a younger man and older woman for a steamy new photoshoot.
The reality star was sent death threats from the Canadian singer's loyal fan base after the pair was spotted frolicking together in the Bahamas earlier this year (10).
But the brunette beauty has revealed the reason behind their beach date - they were posing for a spread in the September (10) issue of Elle magazine inspired by the forbidden romance in the 1967 Dustin Hoffman film.
In one photo, Kim Kardashian, 29, stares seductively at the camera while holding a rose to the 16 year old's mouth. Another shot features the couple holding hands as they emerge from the ocean in soaked clothing.
In a post on her official blog, Kim Kardashian writes, "Remember those paparazzi pics of me and Justin Bieber in the Bahamas!? Well, I can now reveal that we were shooting for Elle Magazine! I just received the pics from the shoot and I absolutely LOVE how they turned out!
"The theme of the shoot was The Graduate, for obvious reasons, LOL (laugh out loud). Justin and I had such a fun time together at the shoot."
