Fan-Favorite Moments From BLACKPINK's Born Pink World Tour (So Far)!

Written by Heather Van Ness. Published: October 21 2022

BLACKPINK’s Born Pink World Tour kicked off October 15 with a 2-day engagementg in Seoul, South Korea. This is the group's second world tour, with the last one coming to a close just before March 2020! Blinks were quick to share their thoughts over the weekend as live concert updates hit the web. Members Rosé, Jisoo, Lisa, and Jennie have served fans amazing outfits, impressive choreo, and even an unreleased song! Here’s what everyone’s talking about.

1. Unreleased Track

Jennie surprised fans by debuting a new song! In a sparkly silver tank top and platform mary janes, Jennie sang about dancing in the moonlight with the perfect man. It’s a poppy number that fans are calling “You and me (Moonlight)”. There’s even choreo featuring a male dancer who lifts Jennie into the air (Dirty Dancing, anyone?). We can’t wait for its official release on streaming sites and, like all fans, we want to know – where is the music video?!

2. Unexpected Cover of "Liar"

Jisoo performed a cover of Camila Cabello’s "Liar" and she danced! This is big news for BLACKPINK fans since, in her past solo portions at their concerts, Jisoo has opted to sit and perform more ballad-style songs. This time around, she utilized her lower voice register and committed to showing off her dance moves. Could this be a teaser of what to expect for Jisoo’s long-awaited solo debut? If it is, we're psyched!

3. Choreo Queen

Lisa, Lisa, Lisa. She kills it again with another epic dance performance, this time with pole-dancing choreo thrown in. Just when we thought her stage presence and charisma couldn’t get any stronger! Not to mention, that core strength? Sheesh.

4. Serving Looks

Let’s not forget the outfits. From Swarovski earrings to runway looks and even custom fits, the girls looked like rockstars. Lisa wore a whole outfit made out of jean belt straps, and Rosé dazzled in black for her solo performance. They never missed. During their group moments, they matched in all white or showed off their unique styles.

5. Celeb Sightings

Some exciting tour details, however, took place off the stage, with fans noticing familiar faces in the crowd. Nayeon and Mina from TWICE, (G)I-DLE’s Minnie, and even Jisoo’s "Snowdrop" co-star Jung Hae-in showed up to show their support.

Next stop? USA! The tour will continue through June 2023 so don’t miss your chance to get a ticket
