Jason Derulo has dismissed reports he's dating Jordin Sparks, insisting he's "just friends" with the singer.
The No Air hitmaker attended the R&B star's belated 22nd birthday party in Hollywood on Sunday (25Sep11) and insiders claimed the pair went public with their affections for one another.
But the Whatcha Say hitmaker insists his relationship with Sparks is purely platonic.
He tells CBSNews.com, "We're just friends. Jordin Sparks is an absolute sweetheart. She's a very nice girl. We've been friends for a while now."
