I'm really excited. This is my first time singing in a few weeks because I've been really sick. Oh no. So, wish me luck, yeah.

So, were you like having to tweet all of your communication to rest your voice?

Listen, I should have done that, right? And I probably would have gotten better earlier, but I'm the type of person that like I'm always running around, jumping around, moving and shaking, so no. I I could have taken better care but I didn't.

I'm hanging out with the most gorgeous girl I've ever met in my life. Well, I like you even more. This is Lucy Hale with Staples for students right now. Yes. Can I ask you what is some advice you'd give your fans about how to, you know, beat the back to school blues?

I remember growing up school supplies was the biggest, most exciting thing for me because it So fun. It started out the year right. I was organized. I was like, this is my year to sort of set the path straight, straight A's. And once you have that mindset, I think that really makes a difference. And, you know, the girls and I and I are involved in this because not everyone has that opportunity to, you know, go out and buy these new fun things for their parents.

I'm with Jason Derulo. Look at that. How amazing was that voice. Oh my god, I I love you so much. It's embarrassing.

Amazing. The fans were crazy. I'm crazy. It all worked out.

I had a blast. I had a great time. So we're at the dosomething. org event. How would you encourage your fans to like shake off those back to school blues?

Get your outfits together, right? If you if If if you look good, you feel good, so make sure you're just wearing something that you like and then you'll feel good in your classroom.

It will, it will. And what are some trends that you see coming up in uh 2011? I mean, like look at this, this is gorgeous. Um these seem to be a pretty big trend. What are those called?

Um I don't I don't know what they're called, but I started wearing them a long time ago and all of a sudden. Now everybody's wearing them. Yeah, I don't I'm not trying to say I started the trend or anything, but I started the trend.

You did. You're a trendsetter. I'm hanging out with Keinan Cahill, who I've got a little bit of a crush on. How are you?

Um as of right now, She Ain't You by Chris Brown. Which I'm a big fan of Chris Brown.

Oh, really? Oh, that's awesome. What can we expect from you on the old YouTube? Because I've subscribed, watch you religiously before I go to bed every night. So, what's coming up next?

Um recently I just did a video with Cody Simpson. Oh, my gosh. Yeah. That's awesome. The ladies love Cody Simpson. I'm definitely you know, I'm definitely going to, you know, music, you know, me singing, finally singing and uh hopefully, you know, we're putting a single together and 50 Cent, you know, he's like, I want to be a part of this. You know. So, I mean, he he called up. He's like, I want to, you know, do something with Keinan again. So we're like, how about the single? He's like, all right.

Oh, back to school blues? I would think it would be jitters. I don't know. Because I I loved going back to school. So, the blues, I don't know. I didn't really feel it that much. But uh I I would just say uh meet new friends. Yeah. Learn, you know, keep your mind open to things like that. I mean, this is like the time when you grow and you find yourself. And that's so exciting. What's more exciting than that? So looking back, you know, at being in your twenties, you're going to be like, "Oh, wow." Like, that that's really great. That's where I grew up. Just it's a new year. It's new things. It's new experiences. I feel like that's always something to be excited about. Even though you're missing out on summer and the freedom and everything, I think you get to see your friends and that's exciting. I I loved summer and I never wanted to admit it. But by the time school came around, I was ready because I was ready to see my friends and I think that first like two months is when like you're still getting used to your classes and seeing everyone and like The work's not that hard yet. Yeah, the teachers kind of let you, you know, settle in a little bit. Back to school blues. Just know that you're going to be making memories in school. And I mean when I look back at my school years, the good and the bad, it was all a learning experience. And I mean just knowing that, knowing that it comes by and it goes so fast. So you just have to make the most of it.

I would just say what I would I say for going back to school? Try to get some good rest. Yeah. It's okay to wear that first outfit. You you know how you go school shopping and you want to wear every outfit the first week because that was me. Yeah. Go for it.
