Beyonce has a new stepmum - her father Mathew Knowles wed girlfriend Gena Avery in Houston, Texas last weekend (30Jun13).
The couple had been engaged for 18 months.
Knowles ended his 31-year marriage to Beyonce's mother Tina in 2011.
Neither the Halo singer nor her sister Solange attended the nuptials. Knowles explains, "Unfortunately, Beyonce and Solange had previous engagements which made it impossible for them to attend."
