2. Sabrina Carpenter and Madonna
Another Coachella Weekend 2 duo sensation that everyone’s been gushing about, Sabrina Carpenter and Madonna, rocked Indio, California, debutting their collaboration "Bring Your Love" on the Main stage. Officially dropping the evening of Thursday, August 30, their singles evoke classic Madonna disco sounds while layering harmonies that let their two renowned voices really shine, pairing nicely with their performances of Madonna’s "Vogue" and "Like a Prayer". As the lead single off Madonna’s upcoming Confessions II -- a follow-up to her 2005 hit album, Confessions on a Dance Floor, set to release on July 3 -- this song gives fans much to look forward to. Madonna makes 60 look like the new 20, completing a sort of full-circle moment from her Coachella performance of "Confessions on a Dance Floor" nearly 20 years ago.
3. PinkPantheress and Zara Larson
You didn’t think we could bring up two sets of Coachella pop icons without mentioning them, did you? From Olympic Gold Medalist Alysa Liu’s 2026 Winter Olympics Exhibition performance to PinkPantheress and Larson’s camp music video with nearly 65 million streams, when these two come together to perform their remix of the established hit "Stateside", nothing can stop them. Coachella Weekend 2, Saturday, April 18th, the pair did it yet again, hyping up the crowd with their pop hit, before PinkPantheress let Zara Larsson performed her hit song "Midnight Sun", teasing a new version. This duo truly defines what it means to be women supporting women, championing each other’s art, and uplifting their fangirls around the world.
4. Gigi Perez and Hayley Kiyoko
To close out Coachella Weekend 2, underrated indie-folk and bedroom-pop star Gigi Perez brought out her idol, queer-icon and pop girl Hayley Kiyoko, on stage to sing her gay girl anthem "Girls Like Girls" and announce their collaboration, "Collide", released on April 22. Their new song is off the album from Kiyoko’s upcoming feature film, Girls Like Girls, releasing on June 19. It continues the legacy of the 2015 hit song while digging into deeper, darker emotions and themes surrounding what it means to be a girl in love with another girl. Perez and Kiyoko’s vocals reverberate like a heart against your ribs, struggling to let go of an uncertain relationship.
5. Charli XCX and Billie Eilish
Despite all the Coachella craze from this April, premiering and reuniting many pop icons, a list of this decade's best pop girl duets would not be complete without mentioning the equal parts catchy and raunchy 2024 track "Guess (feat. Billie Eilish)" off the Brat deluxe album. With the dance and electronic hyperpop aesthetics of Charli and Eilish’s sultry delivery of the flipped-perspective verse, this song is a surefire crowd-pleaser that brings together two of today’s most famous pop divas. We can only hope that these two will collaborate again soon.
Whether you’ve never heard these duets or play them on loop in the car, make sure to go support these pop artists’ music, so they can keep bringing us absolutely gag-worthy collaborations!
