A’zion began acting in the late-2010s, first appearing under the name Odessa Adlon. After securing early roles on shows like "Nashville" and "Wayne", she landed her first major television part in the 2019 CBS sitcom "Fam", where she portrayed Shannon, the younger sister of Nina Dobrev’s character. Her breakout came soon after with "Grand Army" (2020), where her lead performance as Joey Del Marco earned strong critical attention. From there, she steadily built a diverse and increasingly ambitious film resume, taking on lead roles in the Hellraiser reboot (2022), the psychological thriller The Inhabitant (2022), and the comedy-drama Sitting in Bars with Cake (2023). Her recent and upcoming roles in She Rides Shotgun, Josh Safdie’s Marty Supreme, and Rachel Sennott’s "I Love LA" solidify her growing prominence in Hollywood and her appeal to both indie and mainstream audiences.

A’zion has also spoken about the collaborative energy that fuels her work. In a recent interview with Blavity, she highlighted the creative synergy on "I Love LA", noting that working closely with her co-star and creator/showrunner Rachel Sennott allowed them to shape her character together. “I’m grateful to be part of something with such great people behind it,” she shared. “I’d love for that to continue in my career — building characters with the writers and directors from the start. It’s nice to help craft those bits and pieces, and I hope that continues.”

From her early television appearances to high-profile film projects and her latest streaming success, Odessa A’zion is steadily carving out a distinctive path in Hollywood, one built on versatility, collaboration, and her ability to breathe life into every role.
