We know how exciting it is to be in the place where your favorite movie was shot. Imagine walking on the same ground that famous actors and beloved characters were walking. You can feel yourself as if you are in a movie and see what you have observed on screen come to life. But sometimes, it is hard to find the exact location where the film was shot. NEW YORK CITY, USA

 

New York must be one of the most featured cities in cinema, so it is not that hard to find a place where something was shot. You only have to walk around and you will inevitably stumble upon a movie location. However, if you are searching for something more specific, here is the list of films and their places in New York. 

 

Central Park:

This sprawling urban oasis has been the backdrop for countless films, including Home Alone 2 and A Rainy Day in New York. Despite its size, almost every part of it was once in a film.

Ghostbusters Firehouse:

Located in the Tribeca nieghborhood, this unassuming firehouse at 14 North Moore Street served as the exterior of the Ghostbusters’headquarters in the original Ghostbusters movies and most recent sequel. Strike a pose outside for the ultimate fan photo.

Katz's Delicatessen:

If you want to have what Sally was having in the iconic scene from the rom-com When Harry Met Sally..., you should visit the Lower East Side to find Katz's Delicatessen. It will definitely make a trip to New York unforgettable.

Griffith Observatory:

Perched on a hill overlooking the city, the Griffith Observatory was the setting for the tragic animated scene of the beloved TV show "BoJack Horseman". Not far from there is where the dreamy dance scene between Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling in La La Land took place. A little hike and you can get to Hollywood Drive in Griffith Park and tap dance a little to look like Emma and Ryan.

For those of you who are not only Marvel fans but also enjoy superb donuts that will send you to Sugar Heaven after just one bite, you should try Randy's Donuts. This famous shop appeared in Iron Man 2, where Tony Stark was seen sitting inside the donut atop the building.
