10 Celebrities' Favorite Snacks, Comfort Meals, & Quirky Food Combos!
.jpg)
Almost everything in life is subjective. Some people swear by the magic of movies while others prefer a good TV binge. Some will book a trip to Disney World at the drop of a hat while others dream only of a quiet beach resort. And, of course, there’s Team Conrad and Team Jeremiah… but let’s not even open that can of worms.
However, there is one thing that seems to connect us all, and while there are subjective choices beneath its umbrella, almost every single person on this planet loves… food! [cue the angelic choir] We all have our favorite dishes. Some of us play it safe while others dive headfirst into the experimental side of food. And no, I’m not talking calamari — nice try, picky eaters.
Hollywood’s no different. While some stars stick to classic comforts, others embrace bold, adventurous plates. Either way, their favorites have become iconic. So, without further ado, let’s dig into some of the most intriguing celebrity favorite foods!
1. Dove Cameron: Brownies Dipped in Ranch
We’re really shooting this list out of a canon, because this pairing is about as uncommon as it gets. In an interview with Delish, Dove Cameron confessed that one of her go-to sweet-and-savory indulgences is … wait for it … a brownie dunked in ranch.
While we're not judging, we're also not sprinting to the store to recreate this at home. That said, when Dove explained her reasoning, it actually kind of made sense. “It’s the same kind of sensation as dipping your fries in a shake," she said. “It’s salty and sweet, and you’re just switching it around: The solid thing is sweet, and the thing you’re dipping it in is the salty thing.” And while we still have to disagree with this combination, we have to admit… she makes sense.

2. Tiffany Haddish: Dill Pickle Stuffed with Candy
Tiffany Haddish has built a brilliant career making people laugh, so you’d be forgiven for thinking she’s joking when she says one of her favorite snacks is a dill pickle stuffed with Jolly Ranchers, then dipped in Kool-Aid powder. She’s not.
Honestly, we wouldn’t blame anyone for claiming this combo might be even more questionable than a brownie dipped in ranch. The crisp, briny bite of a pickle clashing with the rock-hard, crystallized sweetness of a Jolly Rancher? We're sorry, Tiffany, we just don’t see the vision. Pickles are like giant sequoia trees or the screenplay for Back to the Future -- they are perfect just the way they are, so we may have to pass on this one… unless Tiffany herself offers us one. Because really, who could say no to her?

3. Selena Gomez: Popcorn with Pickle Juice
Speaking of pickles… If there’s one celebrity who could rightfully claim the pickle throne, it’s Selena Gomez. She’s been professing her love for the salty snack since the start of her career. And, much like Picasso with his tubes of paint, she’s taken what works and put her own spin on it. Which leads us to this entry, where the young star claims that popcorn with pickle juice is the way to go.
Now this one we can actually get behind. We're not saying it sounds like a match made in heaven (as some of the other contenders might be), but we definitely wouldn’t shy away from giving it a try. Both are salty, and we love pickles, so the logic is there. Our only concern, however, is in line with the rest of the world: sogginess. Plenty of skeptics have raised the point, but in a 2020 interview with Moxi & Sass, Selena clarified, saying, “People complain that it’s soggy, but if you’re doing right, you have half of it soggy and then the other half crunchy.” So maybe we just have to take her word for it. If anyone decides to try it, let us know. We're curious.

4. Florence Pugh: Carrots with Peanut Butter
Is any food-related list truly complete without everyone’s favorite cooking queen?
When she’s not saving the world from Avengers-level threats or joining in Swedish Midsummer celebrations, Florence Pugh can often be found in the kitchen, whipping up some of the best mouthwatering and creative dishes we've seen from a celebrity chef. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that her “Cooking with Flo” series also comes with a side of quirky dance moves and music we inevitably add to our playlists.

According to Flo, her favorite snack is surprisingly simple, and depending on what’s in your pantry, you might be able to try it right now. It’s nothing more than a carrot dipped in peanut butter. While this is certainly uncommon, we can see the appeal. Peanut butter has the magic ability to pair with just about anything. The actress herself sums it up best in an interview with Harper’s BAZAAR, saying, “Everything just serves as a spoon for peanut butter.” We couldn’t have said it better ourselves.
5. Elvis Presley: Peanut Butter, Banana, and Bacon Sandwich
We evidently have some peanut butter fans in the chat, and while Elvis may no longer be here to charm us with his magnetic dance moves or velvet voice, his legacy lives on in more ways than one.
Among the many details in the lore of Elvis Presley (enough to inspire two blockbuster films in recent years), one food fact always sparks curiosity: the King’s all-time favorite was a peanut butter, banana, and bacon sandwich. This just might be the ultimate sweet-savory sandwich, and after watching a few people online make it at home, we can’t say we’d turn down a bite.

6. Zendaya: In-N-Out Grilled Cheese with Extra Spread & Grilled Onions
Okay, now we’re talking. Admittedly, this is the one item on the list that we feel an urgent need to try.
Zendaya might be cooking with this take. In an interview with ELLE magazine, she revealed that the absolute best thing to order from the iconic West Coast chain isn’t even on the menu: a grilled cheese with extra spread and grilled onions.

We don’t know about you, but this sounds like something that would have you doing an uncontrollable backflip after your first bite. Zendaya, thank you for always being iconic. The world is a better place with you in it (you too, dear reader).
7. Gordon Ramsay: Full English Breakfast with White Truffle
We hope you have your passport, because we’re going international with this one.
Gordon Ramsay, arguably the most recognizable celebrity chef in the world, has always been wary about sharing his favorite foods. In a Reddit thread, though, he admitted he’s been asked the question “2,000 times” and swore “I’m never gonna answer that question.” However, on an episode with "Mythical Kitchen", he gave us a slight hint, revealing that one of his last meals would be a hearty English breakfast. We’re talking scrambled eggs, roasted tomatoes, fried bread, potatoes, bacon, black pudding, and sausage. They don’t call it a “full” English breakfast for nothing. It might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but there are far worse choices out there. And hey, how could seventy million people be wrong?
8. Michael B. Jordan: Enchiladas, Pasta, Pizza Medley
Michael B. Jordan has taken the world by storm over the past decade. He’s a world-class actor with an infectious smile and, as it turns out, one serious cheat meal.
Known for maintaining a clean, disciplined diet while training for his physically demanding roles, Jordan keeps things pretty strict. That is, until his cheat day comes around, in which he goes all out. When asked about his favorite cheat meals in an interview with Complex, Jordan was quick to drop the ultimate lineup. According to him, chicken enchiladas (specifically with flour tortillas), chicken and shrimp penne pasta, chicken and broccoli pizza, and a classic pepperoni pizza are the Infinity Stones of indulgence. Collect them all, and you’ve assembled the perfect cheat meal.

9. Caitlin Clark: Roast Dinner
And what fuels a superstar like her? Well, a lot of protein shakes, we're sure. But, when it comes to the foods that bring her comfort, Clark toldForbes that nothing beats a classic roast dinner, saying, “I’m obviously from the Midwest. It’s such a Midwest answer. But that feels like a true home-cooked comfort food meal.”
As a fellow Midwesterner, I’ll confess, I’ve never been much of a roast person myself. But I get it. There’s something about that home-cooked, comfort-food charm that’s hard to resist.

10. Taylor Swift: Chicken Tenders with “Seemingly Ranch”
Alright, picky eaters, this one’s for you. A safe space where you can kick off your shoes and feel right at home with the queen herself.
Taylor Swift, while attending a Kansas City Chiefs game in support of her now-fiancé Travis Kelce, was photographed enjoying a simple plate of chicken tenders, ketchup, and, according to a now-viral tweet, “seemingly ranch.”

If you missed the cultural earthquake that was the Seemingly Ranch Moment, let's just say it really seemed to bring the world together. Heinz, one of the most iconic condiment brands on the planet, released limited-edition bottles of "Seemingly Ranch", and even the Empire State Building lit up in red and white in honor of Swift's game-day snack.

In Vogue’s “73 Questions with Taylor Swift”, the superstar confirmed that chicken tenders are, in fact, her favorite food, and honestly? We respect that. As the crown jewel of the “golden” foods, this is one thing nearly all of us can get behind.
What do you think? Which of these dishes has your mouth watering, and which would you avoid like the plague? No matter your answer, we can acknowledge that food is a marvelous thing. It’s meant to be enjoyed by everyone, no matter how wild or unconventional the combinations may be. So, go out and get a little something to make your day!
