Justin Bieber's lawyers have asked a judge to throw out a lawsuit from a fan who claims she was injured after tripping on a loose cable at one of his concerts in 2013.
The Baby hitmaker's legal team has filed documents alleging there were no electrical cables anywhere near where fan Sandy Ricketts was standing at the show in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and putting her injuries down to clumsiness.
Ricketts claims she was badly injured in the fall, and suffered a broken shoulder, busted lip and a sprained wrist.
Editors at TMZ.com report the pop star's legal team has asked for the case to be dismissed.
