Justin Bieber's legal load has just lightened after authorities overseeing a felony phone stealing charge against the pop star failed to find evidence to take the matter further.
The singer was accused of taking a mother's cellphone after spotting her trying to take a photo of him during a visit to an amusement park in Sherman Oaks, California last month (May14).
Los Angeles police officials investigated the woman's allegations, and interviewed witnesses but no one saw the Baby singer grab her phone from her handbag - as she claimed.
As a result, District Attorney's officials have rejected felony prosecution and sent the case to the City Attorney.
