Justin Bieber has been caught in the act of spitting just 10 days after a DJ accused the pop star of assaulting him with saliva in an Ohio club.
Addison Ulhaq claims the Baby hitmaker spat at him during an altercation at the Social Room in Columbus on 12 July (13), and now Bieber has been spotted spitting from a hotel balcony in Toronto, Canada.
The snaps of the singer spitting were taken on Thursday (25Jul13) and obtained by TMZ.com.
The star was also accused of spitting at a Calabasas, California neighbor when he was confronted about speeding in their gated community back in March (13).
Meanwhile, Ulhaq, who tested negative for hepatitis after his run-in with the pop superstar, is planning to sue the singer over the incident.
