Parents-to-be Jay-Z and Beyonce are reportedly interested in buying Ricky Martin's Miami Beach home after checking out the ocean-front estate last week (ends25Nov11).
The couple appears to be keen to start family life in Florida and they went mansion hunting over Thanksgiving, according to TMZ.com.
A local realtor has confirmed Beyonce and her husband visited Martin's seven-bedroom home, which is on the market for a whopping $12.5 million (GBP7.8 million).
Reports suggest pregnant Beyonce is expecting her first child later this month (Dec11).
