The Come & Get It singer bought the six-bedroom pad in 2011 for just over $2 million (GBP1.25 million), and now she's moving out after putting it up for sale for $3.5 million (GBP2.2 million).
Gomez, 21, recently bought a new mansion in Calabasas, California, where her ex used to live before selling his home to Kim Kardashian's sister Khloe earlier this year (14).
