The former Gossip Girl star was photographed on his way to Los Angeles hotspot Craig's Restaurant on Friday (12Sep14), wearing a large sling supporting his left arm.
Crawford was not wearing a cast, and did not reveal how he ended up in a sling or the extent of his injury.
