Rihanna has settled her legal battle with photographer David Lachapelle after he accused her of copying his work in scenes for her raunchy S+M music video.
The celebrity snapper sued the pop star earlier this year (11) alleging her controversial promo featured scenes which were "directly derived" from some of his images.
In July (11), a judge in New York granted permission for the case to go to trial, but Rihanna has now settled the suit for an undisclosed sum, according to the New York Post's gossip column Page Six.
LaChapelle's publicist Jaret Keller confirmed the news, adding, "David is happy with the settlement."
