The R&B star had to pull out of the Grammys at the eleventh hour after doctors urged her not to perform, but she appeared to be over the worst of her illness in time for her birthday bash.
The Umbrella singer posted video of herself dancing at the party on Snapchat.
But her recovery won't save the start of her upcoming world tour - the first shows of her Anti tour, scheduled for later this week (26Feb16) and into March (16) have been postponed due to "production delays".
