The Poker Face hitmaker, who refers to her fans as Little Monsters, posted a photo of her new tattoo on Twitter.com on Friday (03Oct14) with the caption "Monsters4Life (sic)."
The fan tribute features an image of a clawed hand, which has become Gaga's signature salute to her fans over the years.
She added in a later tweet, "I got this tattoo to honor (sic) my fans, u are special, loyal & I'm humbled everyday how lucky I am to have you. Paws Up I'll be a monster4life (sic)."
