Sources tell news show Entertainment Tonight that while many Americans are celebrating the Independence Day weekend, Simpson and her beau Eric Johnson will be exchanging vows after the couple stalled its nuptials last year (13) when the bride fell pregnant with her second child.
Insiders at the ranch near Santa Barbara reveal the place has been completely booked on Saturday for the past three months, and Simpson will reportedly be wearing a pale pink Marchesa dress for her second wedding.
She was previously married to singer Nick Lachey.
Sources claim Simpson and her fiance have also booked a nearby event space in a bid to baffle the paparazzi.
Simpson threw a bachelorette party in Los Angeles on 8 June (14).
