Jennifer Lopez, Pitbull and Claudia Leitte officially launched the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Sao Paulo, Brazil on Thursday (12Jun14) by performing their soccer anthem just before the host nation took the field for its game against Croatia.
Lopez and Pitbull warmed up for the big event by tweeting a selfie minutes before they hit the stage to sing We Are One (Ole Ola).
Cuban Pitbull donned a Brazil soccer jersey for the performance, while stylish J.Lo rocked a shimmering green bodysuit as the duo rose from below a makeshift stage in the centre of the pitch. Leitte donned an all blue Brazil one-piece as she joined the pair after warming up the crowd for the all-star performance.
Lopez, who showed off her samba moves onstage, briefly pulled out of the event over the weekend, citing "production" problems, but she changed her mind on Monday (09Jun14).
