The Spider-Man star reportedly became embroiled in a bust-up with a snapper as he was leaving Lana Del Rey's show at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
The unnamed photographer filed a report with the Los Angeles Police Department on Saturday morning (18Oct14), claiming his equipment was broken and he suffered a back injury, according to TMZ.com.
A photograph published on the website appears to show the snapper lying on the ground in front of Franco.
