The Million Dollar Baby star has filed suit against Robert's Home Audio and Video, alleging her name and image were used in promotional materials for the Los Angeles-based firm.
The actress is demanding unspecified damages, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Her suit follows a similar complaint filed last month (Apr12) by George Clooney and Julia Roberts, who accused the owners of an audiovisual firm of using their names and likeness to promote their products.
