Eva Mendes to model Ronson's eyewear fashions

Fashionista Charlotte Ronson has recruited Eva Mendes as a global ambassador for her new eyewear collection.

The designer has been tapped as the 2014 participant for the Vogue Eyewear Design Series by the Council of Fashion Designers of America and Ronson insists the actress was an easy choice to model her line.

She says, "Eva embodies the characteristics of a strong, beautiful woman who is also a fashion icon. She's confident and sexy, but has a soft and feminine side."
