Christina Milian has been diagnosed with laryngitis.
The AM to PM hitmaker revealed to fans earlier this week (begs04Mar13) she has been struggling with throat issues, writing in a post on her Twitter.com page, "I lost my voice due to weather."
However, Milian's condition has proved more serious than initially thought.
Updating her followers on her condition on Thursday (07Mar13), she writes, "I have laryngitis. This sucks. Where's the salt water?? blah!"
