The former Party Of Five star's wife Kelley is pregnant with a baby girl.
He tells Access Hollywood, "I will be the first to say, yes, we are a party of five."
The tot is due in May (14) and will be a little sister for brothers Jackson, four, and one-year-old Miller.
The pair wed in 2004.
