Taylor Lautner has pulled out of fighter pilot drama Northern Lights, according to reports.
The 18-year-old Twilight star had signed up to appear as a young pilot who struggles with his controlling, billionaire father, with Tom Cruise rumoured to be in the running to play Lautner's onscreen dad.
But the teenager has now pulled out of the project, according to Deadline Hollywood Daily.
Lautner has a string of other movie projects lined up outside of the Twilight franchise, including thriller Cancun and sci-fi action movie Max Steel.
