Rihanna signs up to promote Barbados

Rihanna has inked a three-year deal to become the poster girl for her native Barbados.

Her campaign will be launched in September (12) ahead of the Caribbean country's winter tourist season, according to the Barbados Free Press.

Rihanna's new ambassador gig comes just days after she lost her endorsement deal with cosmetics company Nivea over concerns her ads were too sexy.
