In February (14), the 21 year old took to Twitter.com to share the cover art for a remix of her single Adore You, which was a close-up shot of Cyrus wearing a long black wig while exposing her decolletage.
Now the full image has been leaked online and shows Cyrus completely topless while straddling a white horse statue, wearing only skimpy white underwear.
It has not been confirmed whether the uncensored photograph is the track's official artwork.
