Cyrus' older sister Brandi has confirmed the romance is back on and admits she's delighted to see the singer/actress happy again.
She tells OK! magazine, "Liam is honestly one of the most down to earth guys that I have ever met and he is so easy to get along with and he is a great guy and he makes Miley happy so that's good... One reason is because he is so laid back and chilled. Miley is so hyper and so outgoing, he's so good for her, and he balances her out really well."
