One of the eateries was closed in January (11), while Fatburger bosses bought back the other from the rapper, and reports suggest West's contract with the firm is no more.
The New York Post's gossip column PageSix reports West's deal has been dissolved, while Fatburger still has branches owned by other stars including Queen Latifah, who owns a restaurant in Miami, Florida and super-producer Pharrell Williams, who owns one in Macau, China.
