Jessica Simpson's mother, Tina, is reportedly engaged to her gardener boyfriend.
Tina Simpson took Jon Goldstein as her date to the singer's wedding to Eric Johnson last July (14), and now they are preparing to walk down the aisle for their own ceremony, according to Us Weekly magazine.
A source tells the publication, "He's a really nice guy. He's always cared about Tina... He's known them for 15 years and has been a part of their family. He's so happy she said yes! I know he had been planning on asking her for a while."
Another source adds, "(Jessica and sister Ashlee) are happy that their mum is happy."
Tina was previously married to her daughters' father, Joe, from 1978 to 2013.
