Actress Jennifer Lawrence is settling down in a Los Angeles home previously owned by singer Jessica Simpson.
The Hunger Games star purchased a property in the ritzy Beverly Crest neighbourhood for $8.2 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The current seller of the property is media mogul Sumner Redstone's girlfriend, Sydney Holland, who bought the home from Simpson last year (13) for $6.4 million.
The mansion has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a koi pond front and swimming pool.
