Jackson estate administrators ask judge to remove Alejandra - again

Alejandra, who has children with both Randy and Jermaine, refused to move and reportedly declined Jackson matriarch Katherine's offer to set her up with an apartment.

She claimed administrators of the estate have been trying to force her out of the house by cutting off the gas to the property, changing the locks and threatening to fumigate the home while she and her kids were in it.

Lawyers for the estate have now gone before a judge again to request the legal removal of Alejandra from her home, according to TMZ.com.

The case will go before a court on Tuesday (15Mar11).
