No. I'm not at all. Every time I try to even shoot a basketball, I miss. But maybe with this, it'll be better.

Definitely.

What was your experience like shooting the film?

My experience shooting this film was just like so much fun. First of all, the cast was amazing. And we are in Thailand. So, like, who doesn't want to film there? And we were just having so much fun. Like, we all got along. The storyline in the movie is crazy. Overall. So, just to like act that out was just like crazy, but it's like, okay. And I'm like also in the process like what's going to happen next? Even though I already know, but it's just like what is going on. So, I feel like it was such an amazing month just to be there and get to experience everything. And it's best when like, you know, you get along with your co-stars. And we're like sisters by the end. So, it was so much fun.

You were only there for a month though?

A month.

You guys filmed quick.

We did. We weren't playing any games. We were like, let's go.

Yeah. For Thailand. Like, that's insane.

Thailand is that was my second time there. So, it was fun. I got to like get a massage on my days off.

So you you were living life.

I was living life. Go to the mall, get the street food. Like, it was so good. Oh my gosh. Unreal.

Describe how you prepare for an on-screen kiss.

Oh my gosh. That was my first one. So, I really didn't know what to do. And a girl at that. I was just like, what do I do? But it's how I prepared is I like just talked to Wallace. We talked about what we're comfortable with, not comfortable with. And she was so cool. Like, I already had got to spend so much time with her. It really wasn't weird and I just like, I don't know. I just did it.

That was your first on-screen kiss though?

Yes, it was. I was like, let's just get this over with.

How many how many takes though did you have to do it? Cuz you know you have to do it for safety and like.

We had to kiss her twice. Yeah. So, the first time was like a longer time than the second one. And they're like, okay, we're going to do a little bit closer. Now from the side, then we're going to. And we are both like, are you done? Like are you good? Are you good? So, I want to say about 10 times, but the second time it was maybe like five. Okay. Yeah. Yes.

I mean, we met once. But I told her she smelled good, cuz she just did. Like, she smelled like a dream. I met her at her Fenty launch party. Kai, like, we talk about anything. Like, he's We know on your he's crazy. So, we can be talking about being a munch or something else. Like, you don't know where the conversation goes with him. And SZA, I've met her before and she's just like such a dream, too. But Nicki Minaj.

What's your favorite Nicki song?

Ooh, favorite Nicki song. Probably Your Love. I know it's her like least favorite song that she's recorded. But it's my favorite.

You should have just said that to her. I know it's your least fave, but it's actually my absolute favorite.

I can go on and on with her songs, but I love her. Yeah. She said that. And you you always do her TikTok sounds. We love Nicki. We love Nicki. Yeah. We love Nicki. I love her.

Okay, so to this day, what project are you most proud of?

Project. Uh, probably this movie I filmed called The Watsons Go to Birmingham. Because it was like a time period piece and sometimes those can be really hard to do. Especially if you're like re-enacting, being someone else, or just like a real life true story. And it was a true story. So that one was like very hard and I was so young. But I feel like we all did an amazing job and it came out so well. And it's still on Netflix to this day. So like people come up and be like, I just saw you in that movie. And I'm like, wow, that was over 10 plus years ago. But because I was a baby. I was a baby. But that's like one of my favorite ones that I filmed. Yeah. Mhm.

And do you ever how often do you look back and watch your own projects? Do you or do you just never watch them?

Yeah. Never watch them. I don't like to hear my voice. I don't like to see myself. I like other people to watch it and just let me know how I did. Yeah. So it was so hard for me to watch Chio's. I didn't want to watch it.

Oh my god. I bet. I I like I don't even like watching interviews I do. I'm like, I don't want to see it. I have to edit them, but like.

Oh my god. I'm going to watch Chio's because we had to go to like a screening, but I was I was like, oh my gosh.

Absolutely.

I was really crying.

That was a very, very big spider. They were like, and now can we put it on your face? Mind you, I have a like huge phobia of bugs, roaches, spiders. And they're like, can we just now put it on your face? And I'm like, no. But I was already crying at that point. Like, I swear to you, those were real tears. I was really afraid. And they just kept going. Yeah, they were like, and then I don't even think they used the clip where like it crawled all the way up my face. I didn't see that one. Yeah, so.

You did that for what?

Did that for nothing. But honestly, it could have been worse. Yep. Could have been worse, but it is okay.

Did you talk to the spider tamer person?

I think I did, but honestly, I don't know cuz I was just zoned out. Like, I was just like, let's I could not do that. Let's let's get this over with. So.

Did you know like, how far in advance did you know that that scene was a thing?

I think like a week in advance. And they're like, that's a really big spider. And I'm just like, can you not tell me that? Like, I know.

I'm like, why aren't they telling you? Cuz it's a big spider. When I saw it and I was like, oh my gosh.

And just the way they move and the eyeballs, I couldn't do it. But I did. I said, you know what? I have to do it. There's no other way.

You low-key killed it.

No, it was happening. We were crying. Yep. We were we were terrified.
