The blockbuster action movie has hit the milestone in just 17 days - two days faster than The Avengers, Avatar and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2.
The film, featuring Vin Diesel and the late Paul Walker, has grabbed an estimated $735 million internationally and $273 million in North America.
