Did you know that there's a Weeday dance? One, two, three, four, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle. That looks like, uh, something they stole out of an aerobics class. Somebody owes somebody some money. I got to figure this out. So welcome to the Young Hollywood fo studio. And what I loved is you said, can my wife come in to watch, please? I love hearing that. My wife's. Newly wed gang. That's right. How is it being a newlywed?

Um, I love it. You know, it's uh, I felt like we was married long before we was married. Paper, all we talking about is paperwork. I even said to her after we got married, I said, you do know like when we get married, there's not gonna be like some white horse that show up with wings on it, and you're gonna like, become like fly off and you do know it's gonna just be regular, right? And she just like, I mean, what do you mean? I was like, yeah, it's gonna be regular. We're married now. It's just a date.

Well, speaking of today, this day, We Day. Yes. You're very passionate about it. Talk about We Day.

We Day and the We organization in itself is uh, is really in a league of its own, because there's always a bunch of old folks with deep voices like me who wants to go to these type of events trying to talk to kids and get them to relate to us. But when you have young people talking to young people, it has a very different effect. I love that We Day events as a combination of entertainers, adults, and kids getting up there to speak and share their inspirational stories about life's challenges, and more importantly, how they were able to get through them.

What do you tell kids who wanna be in your shoes?

I tell them that nothing happens overnight and it was only when I recognized my own individuality, when I realized that no one in the entire world has my fingerprints. No one in the entire world has my brain, my mind, my ideas, my heartbeat, my creativity. It was so empowering to know that I don't have to wear my hair like that. I don't have to dress like that. I don't have to be in that gang, be a Crip or a Blood, sell drugs, or do any of the things that y'all are doing. And I'm actually okay with deciding to be the individual that God made me to be. You know, a lot of people are thinking, doing, and living their lives according to the way everyone else is living their life. And you'll never be Steve Jobs. You'll never be Oprah. You'll never be President Obama. You'll never be Bill Gates. You'll never be any of these people if you decide to be like everyone else.

Fast and Furious. Do you have a fun memory from shooting? Something that just sticks out in your head?

You know, I just love to laugh. I love to make people laugh, and you know, we could be making all the money in the world and literally be miserable while shooting. And thank God that's not the case. You know, when we all get back together, um, we're just, we just so happen to be on a movie set, but we're together every, I'm on FaceTime with Vin Diesel 10 times a day, like, no joke.
