Actress Eva Mendes has placed the Hollywood home she shared with her ex-boyfriend George Gargurevich up for sale, four years after the couple split.
The Hitch beauty purchased the three-bedroom, two-bathroom pad with the Peruvian producer/filmmaker, also known as George Augusto, in 2002, and they held on to the property despite splitting in 2010 after eight years together.
Mendes is now ready to cut all ties with her ex and has listed the Los Angeles estate on the market for $1.2 million.
The movie star, who has since moved on to date Ryan Gosling, is currently living in another home nearby - a four-bedroom mansion she bought in 2008.
