The All My Children soap star welcomed Henry Isaac Miller on Friday (20Dec13) in California.
Announcing the happy news on Twitter.com, she writes, "We did it!...Henry Isaac Miller born today...!"
Riegel welcomed her first son, Jack Oscar, with husband Andrew Miller in 2011.
The couple married in 2007.
