Rihanna has left her favourite New York tattoo parlour facing a big fine after tatooing her initials and an umbrella design onto three members of staff.
The Umbrella hitmaker was spotted wielding a needle at Manhattan's East Side Ink in July (09), and reportedly etched her personalised image onto three resident artists.The business was issued with a citation by the New York City Department of Health for operating with an unlicensed tattoo artist on site.Now the store's owners are facing a fine of between $200-$2,000, according to TMZ.com.No further details were available as WENN went to press.
