Every Halloween, our favorite celebrities go all out with their costumes, transforming into everything from hyper-realistic creatures to iconic movie characters. Here are our top picks for stars who absolutely nailed their looks this year!
Starting the list off strong with Megan Thee Stallion. The beloved rapper is infamous for her playful yet detailed pop culture costumes — especially related to anime — dressing up as characters from popular shows like "My Hero Academia", "Jujutsu Kaisen", "Sailor Moon", "Soul Eater", and "JoJo Bizarre Adventure". This year, Megan is staying on theme by paying homage to two anime fan-favorives: Choso from "Jujutsu Kaisen" and Drolta Tzuentes from "Castlevania".
With KPop Demon Hunters being one of this year’s biggest hits, it was inevitable that we’d see plenty of Huntr/x and Saja Boy costumes. But it’s safe to say that YouTuber and actor Eugene Lee Yang completely stole the show with his demon Jinu costume.
Our favorite influencer-best friend duo, Larray and Quenlin Blackwell, took Halloween to the next level by channeling another iconic pair that perfectly matches their hilarious, chaotic energy: Marcus and Kevin from White Chicks. The pair even recreated a scene from the movie — and it’s almost scarily accurate.
These next costumes were equal parts uncanny, terrifying, and hilarious. For a special Halloween episode of their podcast "Ride", "Overcompensating" stars Benito Skinner and Mary Beth Barone went all out — with the help of makeup and prosthetics — transforming into the real life versions of Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde from Zootopia.
Keke Palmer surprised her Instagram followers by dressing up as the legendary rapper Snoop Dogg for Halloween, complete with a beard, braids, a signature outfit, and even a lip-sync performance to one of his songs.
Imagine dressing up as a meme of yourself for Halloween -- well, Demi Lovato did just that. Back in 2015, a fan released an edited image of Lovato that instantly went viral, giving birth to the infamous "Poot Lovato" meme. This year, Lovato fully embraced the Poot by dressing up as her memeified alter ego.
This list wouldn’t be complete without the queen of Halloween herself, Heidi Klum, who has once again exceeded all our expectations. This year, she delivered one of her most iconic — and petrifying — costumes to date by transforming into the mythical Greek figure Medusa. Over the years, Klum has brought us some of the most jaw-dropping, elaborate, and unique Halloween costumes of all time, dressing up as a realistic worm, a cadaver, an ape, a 95-year-old version of herself, Fiona from Shrek, a Peacock, and last year E.T., just to name a few. Klum often recruits her husband to be a part of her costumes, and this year he dressed up as one of Medusa’s stone statue victims.
