The movie star's wife Camila Alves gave birth on Friday morning (28Dec12) at a hospital in Austin, Texas, reports TMZ.com.
Matthew McConaughey first announced the news his partner was pregnant in a tweet back in July (12) - a month after he and Camila Alves wed.
The couple has been dating since 2006. Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves already have two kids, Levi, four, and two-year-old Vida.
