Mariah Carey has no plans to expand her family with husband Nick Cannon, because she is reluctant to bring up more children under the spotlight.
The superstar struggled through a tough pregnancy with two-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan, falling ill with pre-eclampsia and gestational diabetes, and although Cannon is keen to to their brood, the singer admits she is already learning how tough it can be for kids growing up in the public eye.
During an interview on talk show Watch What Happens Live, she explained, "If Nick could have the babies himself, then maybe (we'd have more children). We love kids...
"Here's the thing: I'm responsible for these children forever, so I look at it like they didn't ask for this lifestyle, here they are, and it is so different than just being like, 'OK, well bye, I'm going here now, we just did the show...'"
