Mariah Carey and her husband Nick Cannon showed off their generous sides last week (ends13May12) by making the biggest bid of the night at a charity auction in New York.
The glamorous couple attended the Opera Gallery in the Big Apple for a benefit event in aid of the Urban Arts Partnership on Friday evening (11May12).
Carey had designed a special pair of shoes, and to ensure the auction raised big donations for the special cause, the couple bid $21,000 for a pair of Project Canvas shoes and a luxury diving watch.
Meanwhile, the Hero hitmaker's design made $2,000 when it went under the hammer and was bought by BET network boss Debra Lee.
