The live-action movie, which is expected to cross the $600 million mark on Wednesday (02Jul14), five weeks after its release, has quietly become fourth biggest film of the year behind X-Men Days of Future Past, Captain America: The Winter Soldier and The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
In North America alone, Malificent has earned over $205 million.
