The young Brits' characters, Arya and Sansa Stark, were reunited on Sunday's (06Aug17) episode of the hit fantasy series - on the eve of the eighth anniversary of their casting.
Maisie and Sophie, who have become best friends, celebrated the occasion on Instagram on Monday (07Aug17) by posting photos of themselves and wishing each other a "Happy August 7".
Both actresses learned they had landed leading roles in Game of Thrones on 7 August, 2009 - they both have matching '07.08.09' tattoos on their arms to mark their shared casting date.
