She asked the host if she'd been drinking and when Handler said no, Lohan snarled, "Oh really, then why is your ankle bracelet going off?"
The comic responded, "Oh that just means that my table's ready at (restaurant) The Cheesecake Factory."
The Mean Girls star then pushed Handler up against a wall and pretended to slap some sense into her, screaming, "Wake up Handler, pull it together. You're a mess. Do you think anybody wants to work with a drunk? Take it from me, they don't."
The host then joked, "You turned your life around, maybe I can too," prompting Lohan to tell her "that's the spirit kid" and send her on her way.
The laughs didn't stop there - Handler took to the stage from the rafters at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles to the tune of Lady Gaga's Bad Romance and mocked the pop superstar's outlandish image by wearing a house on her head and "releasing a dove" from her skirt.
