Lil Wayne has assured fans he is on the mend after he was hospitalized for a series of seizures last week (ends15Mar13).
The Lollipop hitmaker was initially admitted to Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center last Tuesday (12Mar13) after collapsing on the set of Nicki Minaj's new video for High School.
He was released the following day, but was rushed back to hospital hours later after his bodyguard found him unconscious in his room.
He was discharged on Monday (18Mar13) after receiving treatment in the intensive care unit and now Wayne has returned to his Twitter.com blog, insisting he's doing well as he continues his recovery.
Wayne reveals he's keeping in high spirits watching sports commentary show Highly Questionable on ESPN2, and adds, "I'm feeling a lot better and again thk u (thank you) all for ur (your) love and prayers. It was truly felt..."
